We specialise in two of Pakistan's most beloved dishes: karahi — a bold, fragrant wok-style curry simmered with tomatoes, ginger and hand-ground spices — and biryani — slow dum-cooked basmati rice layered with perfectly spiced meat and golden fried onions.
